Namul: 나물
Namul was inspired by the traditional Korean word, 나물, which refers to a variety of edible grass and leaves, or the seasoned herbal dishes that are made with them. Our dishes contain many varieties of fresh vegetables and foraged ingredients including authentic Korean grasses and leaves. We named our restaurant Namul, because although Korean cuisine incorporates a lot of meat and seafood, this is also balanced by seasoned vegetables to enhance the unique flavours.
